It would be nice to have an option when doing multiple walkthroughs to say "I know this part of the route already, skip to next option". Sometimes there is so much dialogue that even with ctrl, it takes a long time to skip.
I have very recently stopped giving a fuck and CTRL-skip most new releases and many old ones as well. EDIT = I no longer leave reviews since I've done that.
Mostly, I'm tired of:
-fake choices
-single choice clicks
-MOTHER FUCKING can't do anything other than click ANSWER on the right spot on the phone simulator instead of making it a normal menu choice (I hate phones IRL)
-games in general it seems (including mainstream unless I can mod them if computer or play board games with MY home rules)
Extra bonus points when SO many posts are about saying how people should use their own free time including AVNs or other games.
If I want to fuck with people I say how I played Myst? Riven? something like that, went to a website that revealed each puzzle and cheated for all of them... CUZ. True story.
In advance of comments:
-No, I won't watch IRL porn. Looks, content, even classic porn interest faded for me. I prefer Daz for the content even though many newer graphics are better.
-No, I won't just read comics. SO many comics, say, have 1st 4 issues with Incest porn, then it goes to NTR, Beast, etc... (CrazyDad3D I'm looking at you, ok I'm not anymore)
-No, I won't go to still pictures websites because they have a much lower win/loss ratio FOR ME than a porn CTL-skip run. (note, I don't call them "games" anymore)
If people want to play games as written, they can, I just won't anymore, mainstream or adult.
Final example: Due to deadlocks, we no longer require a monopoly to build houses on a game called Monopoly, destroying the core game play loop.
And you know what?
In an era where some (many?) adult and mainstream games have anti-mod programming, Hasbro has never kicked down my door and confiscated my board game.
Because of that, in that ONE instance, Hasbro... is actually better for consumers LIKE ME than some other companies and AVN devs.
I never thought I'd ever say that about that piece of shit company... but here we are.
I skip parts in many games, mostly because these are unedited, single/small team productions, and there's often parts that just seem like filler. Not bad enough to can the game entirely, but 9/10 you can skip them and still follow the story.
