RenPy for versatility, but most games kinda blend into each other at this point.
Unreal/Unity for 3D games, if the devs know how to use those engines properly. My PC isn't even that bad but some Unity games run like utter ass on my machine.

For these types of games...Renpy by far

Renpy, but I enjoy occasional RPGM from time to time.

Renpy is the one. Much easier to use and if you're into it, you can dive into the code. Not planning on making my own game but was curious on how some functions work and learned a bit just from browsing the coding.

RPGM requires game design skills to prevent it from turning into a slog. All you need for a decent renpy game is story and renders

RenPy and Unity

RenPy is King all my fav games are done with it

good ole "VN" for me. Sandbox isn't bad either if they are done correctly but more often than not they are grindy for no freaking reason...

ren'py and ren'py like engines/frameworks

renpy is the simplest to play I suppose.

RenPy and RPGM, there are no problems with the operating systems.

everything is fine other than RPGM honestly

from a players perspective, renpy did the best job :D

Doesn't matter, you can make good and bad games in any engine.
