As far as adult games go the only sound I hear is perhaps some effects (if it doesn't annoy me) from my headphones laying almost a meter away
Even just on my own I'm used to not getting caught with my pants down (literally) and being aware of where others are around me.

Outside that I use headphones for almost everything at home (or literally everything now ever since my sound system broke last year) and at work to listen to music. Recently also for music when going for walks.

I tend to use earbuds when I'm in the office or on my commute. When I'm at home I'm usually in the basement that apparently doesn't project sound to the top floors well, so I just have my volume at 40% on my surround sound or soundbar.

Adult VNs are played on a laptop at 20% volume instead.

Almost always when i'm out the house, My job is pretty autonomous so I can sit and work with them on listening without anyone bothering me and I do a lot of walking.

I'll even wear them without anything playing just so people don't bother me lol

I didn't even bother plugging my expensive speaker back into my computer after I moved. Headphones 100% of the time on my computer, Bone conduction headphones when away from my computer. My car's bluetooth is the only time someone else can hear what I'm up to.

No, but I'm just very conscientious of my surrounding. I have when other people are disruptive, so I try not to be disruptive myself. Therefore I always wear headsets, or ear-phones when listening to stuff.

I use headphones everywhere. Why wouldn't you? Decent buds only cost like $20. Do yourself and the rest of the world a favor and get you some.
