Lessons in Love. It seems harmless enough at first but at some point it gets incredibly unhinged. So much so that I eventually just deleted it. Not saying it's the worst, 100% sure there is worse, but it's the worst I played.

A monster breaks out of prison and rapes and eats (both at the same time while she's alive) a girl. It goes on for an uncomfortable amount of time and the sound effects were a bit too "realistic".

That game was really baseline for me, and the kinda thing I just normally look for in porn games... Red Room was also so awfully bad, in terms of story, animations, and gameplay, to the point I couldn't even get to the fun point
