I've played Malignant, Raptus, Red Room, and most of BHG games. I'd have to say the most fucked up of them, for me at least, was Red Room. Holy smokes.

I agree that the content is dark. Somehow it seems more sanitized or less immersive than the shit you do in Red Room though, could be a personal taste thing though. Dire Desires was still pretty sexy, but Red Room just got gross.

Can't say I played Red Room. I just can't get over the goddamn pointless sandbox mechanics.

My list :-
1)Raptus - There are literally Rape and murder scenes in this game, and as a main character you're just evil with no chances of any redemption.

2) But I am the bad guy - MC in this can also rape a unconscious girl, and it also have bestiality content.

3) The guardian - MC and his sister have very questionable past and are forced to fuck each other in flashbacks. Very graphic scenes.

4) My cousin need for seed - The MC in this game is given responsibility to impregnate his cousin sister and he happily does so, but then he starts treating her like some fucktoy or cumdump.

5) Personal Assistant - Another gem from Blackheart games if you're a sadist and enjoys domination and borderline NC stuff.
