Totally forgot the name because I played it years ago. The game might as well be abandoned but I'd still like to return to it.

Daz3D look, not too polished like the Gen 8.1 or Gen 9, more like an older/more amateur style. Game engine is most likely renpy.

Main protag is a guy, presumably in his twenties. Lives in a modern house with a younger sister, petite, like a loli or -ish. No parents for whatever reason. Has a motorbike, at least it seems that I remember such scenes.

This little sister starts being very casual around the MC with her nudity, can easily shower in his presence, brush her teeth topless, pee etc. Also she is very eager to set him up with whatever females are around.
One of those is her babysitter (? not sure about the status, may as well be a maid/cleaning assistant or a different kind of helper).
Another is some girl MC meets and probably there's a bar fight that he protects this girl from.

Details are fuzzy, can't remember much else. But I hope that this is enough to identify.

This sounds like My Sisters Devious Plot. It was a game I used to work on with a dev... but he wasnt making money so he bailed like a lil bitch.

To be clear, it was his game. I just helped do all sorts of shit, in the hopes that if I took some of the shitty tasks off his back he could tough through it longer.
