I really dislike when the scenes are completely disjointed from the story itself. Like, especially when youre super into the story and it literally has nothing to do with anything sexual and then boom, suddenly something pops out or youre in the middle of a scene. Like no. Dont do that. Make it make sense. Please.

If I see a coffee shop in any NSFW game nowadays I'm done playing it. This may seem a little hypocritical because there's a coffee shop in my game Tomboy Supremacy but that was before I notice them in basically all NSFW games that take place in modern times. Also there are WAY too many 3D coffee shops assets. Way too many.

I almost always drop games with real-time mechanics. If it's just navigation with no actual time pressure or just small active parts of the game I don't mind as much, but I want to be able to switch focus between the game and other stuff. Also, games that aren't playable with one hand, preferably with a mouse. I have an MMO mouse that can have button profiles configured so I can often make it work but I'm not going to bother if I'm not really interested in the game.
