What non-sexual stuff makes you quit a porn game?

if the story isn't there, that just takes me out. also, games that are super talky to one another. i don't want to read miles of dialogue between two characters. it's just so dull.

Ofc a boring game is the first reason, but too much grind is also a top reason.

For me, its the repetitiveness scenes like you are eating lunch and having a convo about your day than you get another scene where you are having another convo with other ppl eating again about your day but you add your plans into the mix to spice things up. Then there the hidden easter eggs that you can find but its to hidden just to unlock spicy pic I really hate those tbh. I like mini games but if I am able to beat it the 1st 5 times please let me skip it and get the full reward it annoying.

Usually my wife with anger in her eyes.

Grind and battle mini-games

I'd say what turns me off is seeing characters not act in accordance with their personalities.

Another thing is poorly optimized games, especially in terms of clunky or poorly taught gameplay; games with more complex missions tend to suffer from this.

Grind. some Devs love to make their games grindfests for some reason beyond me

If its too grindy or there is too much story and not enough lewd content

  • RPG/Simulators: Don't like them and most of them switch between an RPG/Simulator and a VN (goes from stardew valley-like game play to just images of DAZ characters, just kills the game imo)
  • Too much grinding or just sandbox games that gives no hints or walkthrough and you're just stuck wondering what to do.
  • Games that go from VNs to a sandbox-only game for no reason (i.e: multiple chapters/seasons then switching it up to a sandbox randomly, example: Fresh Story/Kate)
  • Games that switch the main MC's character after a ton of updates/releases (example: "Prison of Sissy", that one should be a straight up crime)
  • Mini Games that you can't easily skip (or they're just buggy af)
  • Having one button clicks to continue to the next part of the scene (ex: Continue, Go to [place]) while having no other options, it's just stupid and annoying to play.

What non-sexual stuff makes you quit a porn game?

Well, whether it's a sexual or not - that depends on the point of view. And to answer your question - too much talk, too little fuck. That's number 1 reason in principle, no matter the game. That's the main reason I stopped playing "Extra Credit" & "Tomboy Supremacy". Even when there was some fuck, it was between the MC and some demon, not daddy fucking his daughter.
First of all, as my profile suggests, I'm only into incest fuckfests! If the game ain't incest, I don't waste time with it. And if there's too much talk, too little fuck or no daughter fuck - moving on to better games.
Secondly, if I wanted all talk games, I'd just play the regular non-porn games that are out there on the gaming market! There's no point or need of beating around the bush: every single one of us is on this forum either for playing porn games, or for making them. So when we download a game, we expect a fuckfest - incest or not, depending on everyone's taste.
Coming to think of it, there are quite a few porn games on Steam that can easily be turned into incest with the ingame tools and these games have more fuck, less talk than "EC" or "TbS".

Poor graphics or not realistically enough looking girls (too big on everything - asses, boobs, pussies (yes, that exists too) or generally - bodies), or even looking like the things on "Sisterly Lust" - that's definitely a thing to make me quit a game and never look back. For that reason I never spent more than 5 minutes on "23 Sisters". Or the 12 seconds on "Sisterly Lust" - once I saw the creatures that were supposed to be women...

If the game is really grindy, or the dialogue feels stilted or unnecessary.

I think the old VN style is just kind of dead to me.

But most of all I hate when games waste countless renders just have characters turn their head slightly.

Character bloat also. You get into this cycle where every new character has to comment on every thing that happens so the number of chat blocks you have to click through increases exponentially.

If you can hold down fast forward for 30 minutes without even reaching a choice or a bare ass, is that even a game or porn at that point?

Boring, unintuitive and repetitive gameplay, especially for rpgs or sim games.

For VNs, long-winded, unnecessary and especially repetitive dialog. My god, some games I have played just go on and on about nothing or repeat lines constantly. At that point, I usually just give up and quit.

Perhaps you just didn't recognize their unique artistic vision. They were making meta un-porn for their un-game, a deconstruction of the genre so profound it would serve to push you out of your gooner ways and back into society.

Mentioning rpgs does to bring to mind RPG maker. The most trash choice of all porn game engines. If you're actually making an RPG and using the combat mechanics and such, fine. But making me run around as a tiny fucking sprite to accomplish what could be done with one click in a menu system? Why?

Sandbox. And it's like every game produced now. I hate Sandbox and grinding with a passion. I swear it's to just milk a game, and pad it out in most instances, rather than interactivity.
