Depends on if it is from the point of the view of the person committing the acts or from the point of the view of someone overcoming and surviving the acts. Although I will hand it to you most pornographic media has a way of flattening things into to just ( how can I justify this sex scene/act ).

There's way too many "loss" games, where the MC is female and we have to lose just to see sex scenes.

Fair point on Summertime Saga, I get the same “older face” vibe sometimes. My hot take: I think “sandbox” style VN games are often way too bloated for their own good. A tighter story usually feels more fun than grinding for hours.

My hot take is... most of the market is incredibly stale. Look at the tags for a game and you've got 9/10 odds of being able to narrate scenes from it without scrolling any further down. Oh hey MC's about to peek on her in the shower? Didn't see that coming. Mom's passed out drunk? Shocking. MC's niece is really his daughter too? What a twist.

Secondary hot take is a lot of the blame falls on the playerbase for continually rewarding any game that hits their fetishes, no matter how badly executed, and pitching a fit when a game does things even slightly differently.

Yeah some of my favorite games are the unique ones (that focus on story). Stellar Incognita is great imo but I can't think of anything else like it. CFD had a lot of potential and was pretty original. Then there's Superhuman, Transylvania, Naked Ambition, and LSS which are all fantastic, but I'd say are more story focused than pure porn. Personally that's what I want from a porn game since I'd watch it or use AI or smth otherwise.

There are too little sandbox games where you can fuck anyone who you want. Games like Course of Temptation, Unaware in the City, Pizza Hot or Influencing have that kink that you're living in real life and you can select how do you want to live it, and unfortunately those games are the ones who take more time on release an update

The problem is that a lot of people seem to take sandbox as "pointless clicking" which is just annoying. I'd rather keep it going rather than have to randomly every 10 minutes of dialogue.

Very few games allow incest pregnancy, we need more.

We need "disciplinary style spanking" with turning there butts red in games not just bdsm style.
Only 2 games have "disciplinary style spanking" that I know of.

Very few games show blood when taken a girls virginity.
We need way more of it.
