I'm a big fan of HomeChef meal kits. I always see people push HelloFresh but I absolutely hate the pre portioned spice mix packets they include. HomeChef gives you actual measurements of the ingredients. I can take the recipe card that comes with the meal and go to the store, pick up the ingredients, and make the same meal again later.
In the last few days, home made tomato basil soup and just did some Marsala mushrooms that will become part of the panini I make later to have with said soup.
I HATE cooking so I eat 200grams of raw ground beef with 2 fried eggs on butter almost everyday, for lunch and dinner. Sometimes i like to put salsa on it or something spicy.
It's not bad at all, just dont buy it from butcher cuz u can get food poisoning. Buy from supermarket in a plastic sealed box.
