Made some homemade dumplings for the first time. One batch with lamb and another one with beef&pork.
The beef and pork ones were so good...

made homemade beef and broccoli over a bed of noodles a while back

Last meal I made was pizza. My specialty dish is Puerco Pibil

Homemade chicken broth that was turned into a Chicken, Bacon and Lentil soup.

The Bacon is cooked first then using the bacon fat you cook the mireproix (onion, celery, carrots) Add the broth, lentils and some bay leaves boil. Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Add cooked chicken, bacon season to taste. Boom delicious homemade soup.

Y'all remember Epic Meal Time? Made their bacon-wrapped chicken fettucine alfredo once. Damn near gave myself, my girlfriend, and my parents heart attacks but holy shit was it ever worth it.

I don't cook well at all. I even burn toast. Culinary skill is cooking a frozen dinner, opening a bagged salad/can of chicken. Cooking french fries terribly in electric oven, baking bacon same oven dry as hell. Pouring corn flakes and milk in bowl, i do make good coffee though, and i used to be a master of cooking cakes and brownies, roasting turkey don't do that anymore, but i'm reasonably skilled at boiling broccoli, pealing potatoes, apples and oranges.
