Happens to me too! Rather have leftovers than finish eating and still be hungry. And sometimes all you need is something to fill you up.
Today I made a really throw-it-together dish with some spaghetti, minced meat, broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. Nothing a few herbs and a healthy amount of olive oil won't fix.

Hmmm sounds good. And yes you are right but i kinda afraid it will spoil and i dont like to throw away food

True, sometimes I gotta force myself to finish the leftovers in the fridge. I hate waste

Dog's dying, so I've been making food for her (usually just go lite, only cook on the weekends for me n the wife). Tried reverse sear steaks for the first time, usually just sous vide them. Sliders, too.
Last high effort thing I made was a short rib ragu. Sous vide the short ribs the night before, got some DOP san marzano tomatoes from Wegmans, let it simmer for hours... came out reallly damn good.

For the last 3 days I have only been eating fried chicken with pasta and beans.

That's my strategy. I always make food to last a few meals.

I love making pasta!
My favourite recipe is spaghetti with a sauce made with bacon, lots of Pepper (whole pepper corns and ground), cream and some fresh tomatoes. Its pretty easy to make and tates insanely good.

Was a friend's house a few days ago and had some amazing homemade Greek spinach pies. Delicious

Some lazy migas with chorizo and store-bought pico de gallo in place of fresh vegetables. Oh, and some store-bought queso sauce, too.

Steak again, reverse sear, but with some hibachi style noodles to go with it. Even have some yum yum sauce!
