I think that RPGMaker in terms of the assets and style you often see with it has a huge amount of potential for an open world style porn game, but haven't really seen anyone execute on it that well except for "Shrink High" but I hear it's kind of a pain to make games on.

There are good games on homemade engines, but this is an exception
I just can’t fall in love with rgpmaker, although there are certainly a lot of very good games there

I'll accept Renpy, or rarely unity if they bother putting a renpy-like save system. I despise RPGM with a passion. both from a ""gameplay"" standpoint (I AM PLAYING FOR PORN), and I can't stand the pixel art portions.

Renpy is definitely my favorite game engine. It seems that other engines are too easily screwed up (as frequently happens!), and HTML and RPGM are just horrid
