Yea i find i do the same but only if im very interested in the scenes otherwise ill jsut pass and not go though the trouble XD

Some of them are detrimental to the overall experience, lose, have seggs and go back to the start type.

I think it can be ok, but it needs to be made clear that its a feature, and it needs to be quick and easy to "undo" the failure state. It shouldn't feel like you have to play through a ton of content again to get back to where you were.

Its okay if its just a few situations but I don't particularly like the idea that I have to keep purposefully losing to every single enemy in the game in order to see certain scenes.
I much prefer the other way around, you defeat the enemy then have your way with them

Most female heroine RPG's have a surrender option and little or no penalty. I dont mind it if thats the case but if you are penalized for failing on top of only getting those sex scenes I hate it. There are also games that punish you when you get the 'best end' and that annoys me as well.

I don't like losing and am not bad enough for it. So getting "rewarded" for it isn't good.

I hate the ones that are really long and you have to start at the very beginning if you "die".

If games like this were based on real life, I'm sure many of us would be having so much sexy time for most of the time, but since it's a game, I don't want to be rewarded with sex scenes if I lose, especially since most of them end up showing scenes of the MC being abused by said enemy they lost to

Favorite example of this is Maligant where the most hardcore scenes lead to game over but it doesn’t break immersion because insanity and impulse control are big themes. Give me frequent game overs before having to run multiple play throughs every time

Rape fetish, nothing new. I don't like it. Also most of them are RPGs which means there's a 90% chance it sucks.
