There are a few things that annoys me.

Posing with hands behind the head or back is very unnatural and devs should do away with it.

Mine is a technical thing, but when game have loud ass audio on start. We’re talking like ear splitting. It’s only been really bad a couple times, but those audio settings gotta be tuned down asap.

Depending on the game content different things for different reasons.
If in one game im 30yrs old with my super penis and unlimited orgasms with a harem of girls yet I only sleep with one girl in a day.
