There are a few things that annoys me.

Posing with hands behind the head or back is very unnatural and devs should do away with it.

When taken a girls virginity there is no blood.

Not allowing pregnancy, especially in incest games.

Forcing anal sex on the player, all sex should be up to the player.

Stupid Protag, too much filler (actual story is fine), I just don't play grindy games (doing same shit over and over for RP); if you want to pace it out then do it with real content.

some times it take so long to get enough just to go to the next level or to unlock a scene

I get annoyed when its revealed that a bunch of characters are all related somehow. It's happened in a few games but it feels like a soap opera

Pay to win games disguised as Free to Play. Gacha Games basically.

No replay gallery, grindy games. And honestly, I can't deal with games that have a battle system of sort.
