what I don't like it's the weird ways of unlocking things

It's very annoying that there are scenes that don't open when I finish the game. Whether I've seen the stage or not, I'd rather have the gallery open.

Earn the gallery is necessary cause that is the purpose but some hint about how to get it would be nice.

Earn it for sure. But I like when there's the option to unlock it right away, especially if the game is bad/too grindy but the renders are good.

Nah I love grinding, the entire point of a locked gallery is to unlock it through playing

I want to be able to unlock the gallery. In games with multi paths I find it a bit stressful of the "crap going to miss something". Would be nice if as you pass story milestones all the events behind it are unlocked.

I prefer to open the gallery as I play, gameplay is the most important thing to me.

Locked by default, but give the player the option to "cheat" and unlock the gallery.

If the dev doesnt give that option there will be a mod that will so you might as well add it to the game

Being able to rewatch or even better replay scenes is really nice. I like to unlock gallery and scenes on my own, unless its too grindy, then its usually too much effort for not that many scenes.

Do you prefer to have to earn the gallery or do you want it all available to you right off the bat, and why?
I personally prefer to be able to access it all right away, I don't think it detracts much from the accomplishment of earning it.

I don't know if this counts as "available off the bat" but I like it if when we finish the game, we can "unlock" the gallery scenes we haven't already. Especially when its very few scenes that are locked and not worth replaying the whole game over.
