discussion Uncommon adult game genres?

Most adult games I know are either visual novels, RPGs or management games. It's rare to see games of different genres, like first person shooters or action games, that involve sex.

Would you like to see more porn game devs try different genres? If so, which ones do you think would work well?

Ages ago there was a supernice freeroam sex game. Like propper game. could decide to drug people, pull them into your dungeon.

I haven't played it myself, but I saw a video about Together BnB, which sort of comes close? It is first person, and you have a gun. But it is an open-world dating sim at the core.

Isometric CRPG feels like it would be great and possible with current manpower. If there was a nice engine for it I feel like there would be tons. All the dialogue of VNs but with easily scalable art and mechanic requirements? I know RPGM has a lot of overlap here but isometric is under served.

Old-school 3d games like Axyn or Residen Cheesel also seem great. Low-poly 3d models are much easier for an experienced modeler and I feel like it scratches itches for multiple generations.

Rhythm/ JOI/ Fap hero style games. There's a handful already sure but given the popularity of Beat Banger, I would expect there to be tons to fill the demand for every other niche while that development slow burns.

While technically RPGs I guess, I like the dungeon management games out there, like Suzukuri Karin-chan. I really enjoyed that gameplay loop.

Open world games would bang. maybe like GTA V but with more sex
