A couple can be hot but if it goes overboard I am turned off. Nose stud and an eyebrow piercing is nice

Personally it's a turn off for me.

Same as I feel about it in real life. I hate it. Just like I hate tattoos. I never put any of that stuff on the girls in my games. To me putting tattoos or piercings on a beautiful woman is like putting a bumper sticker on a Ferrari.

It depends, some piercings are mainstream and everywhere, like the bellybutton one, for more extreme ones, it needs to fit the character, so on a goth or punk girl, yeah, I'm down.

depends on the girl if its tasteful or not. Ears don't really count to me, one or two on the face can look great and enhace an image. A goth chick fits well with a couple and maybe a tattoo. Had a real life GF that had nipple piercings years back and they were super fun to play wiith so those also can be good in a story (just don't have every girl with them).
