Nah his post is way different he said it will probably delay the update a few days, maybe a week. He even says he is using this time to flesh out chapter 3. _13_ just made a vague post and started deleting stuff.
That is why I simply got her permission first even though that took time and a lot of convincing (esp since it's about us and she's in it though as a Daz avatar) and it helps if your wife is as much of an open pervert as you are. But even with fictional shit if you have an other half to consider it's best to have her work with you than against you from the start to avoid that scenario. As I mentioned before at least Ketzal/SSP has his wife CLX cowrite it, or maybe even does most of the writing.I'm guessing his wife gave him an ultimatum. His wife may also be monitoring his time on this site and Cuck95 to make sure he doesn't post anything that could be seen as critical.
Otherwise, it could be a health issue (either him or his wife) and he wants to spend whatever time they may have left, together.
Yeah my gut/crystal ball/whatever you wanna call it is telling me that out-of-town trip he had on the 3rd was to a medical specialist that told him he had inoperable cancer with a year left to live or something similarly shitty. If that's the case (which I hope not) I guess I can understand, even though like you said the chars I liked fapping to are now stuck in limbo. I'm reminded of that TNG episode where the holodeck malfunctioned while running a Sherlock Holmes program and Moriarty escaped. In the end he asks "Will I still exist when the program is turned off?"

Will a 3rd party uploader reupload it for archive purposes? It's still a nice story, even though it will probably never be finished. I mean I'm sure I'm not the only one that still has their copy of the latest version of it from last year and would do so myself if I knew how (my last attempt of uploading was all fucked up format and a whole bunch of other things wrong with it).
We have the thread backed up in our staff section. It may come back after things cool down a bit for 13. some people are still in contact with him. I will say this. the game will not ever be finished as all files have been deleted on his pc's and he will not return to it.
Damn, wish he would have at least just gave them away to some other dev if they wanted to continue it, but I guess he'd rather burn that bridge than let someone else possibly corrupt his vision/story plans (the time warp thing was just when it was getting to be more than just a family harem). He shut off his SS so it seems it's not about the money from it.
Well... that kind of makes it seem like he ran into legal issues. Don't see any other reason for him to suddenly just nuke everything related to the game.
