Do the girls have "cannon" ages? If so, do we know what they are?
last I played it it wouldn't go younger than 12 for the lolis, even though they look 10 to me (no tits), so it's probably that. IRRC it's kept vague intentionally like most loli AVNs (no clues other than school and the models themselves) so pretty much any school-age fits.

uh huh. Westy proved it's pointless to say that when they are obviously not meant to be (Deaufosse even joked about it in a Malignant scene), so dunno why devs still even state that pointless disclaimer everyone with a non-retarded brain ignores anyway. At the end of the day it's about as useful as wearing a bulletproof vest made of wet toilet paper.

Officially, no. One of the older daughter's has a plot that would not make sense if set really young, so 16 to 17 for them. Probably no lower than 12 or 13 for the younger ones.

Lets be real here tho. Westy's case is kinda different. It was clearly illegal what he was doing in his country. the laws there are pretty strict in these matters. Cant even order a Doujin from japan there.
And isnt even GTA or Mortal Kombat banned?

Pretty sure I could get away in MY country when i put a disclaimer at the beginning of my game that states
All character are 18+ even when they look otherwise. They have a genetical disease. All animals are actually just humans in costumes. Every non-consensual sex is a Roleplay.

Shit like that....it "might" help. People should know whats legal in their country and what isnt. :/
Hell, as long as i pay my taxes from the income of my game, pretty sure noone would actually care -.-

~~~~~OFF-TOPIC~~~~~ Sry about that. If a Mod actually wants to move mine and N_I post to the shit-talk thread, please do so
^ this. I also never understand why people are doing that. Like, you CAN go for the Twins being 18, even tho I think they are a bit younger (even with Jessica driving a car, but in my country this can be done younger than 18, with restrictions).
But for the Smols like Hailey or Zoe, there is no way that anyone would think they are 18. And so I always think it is a bit stupid to put a disclaimer there and I think it would not work in any country where fictional ** is banned.
In regards to grand theft auto and I believe Mortal Kombat they’re not banned. Australia has gotten r 18 classification in the official classification system now for video games that happened awhile ago with r Ratings been put in to the official classification system for video games. They did have it for movies and maybe some TV shows but never for video games until many years ago. In fact there was a debate about that for awhile but it was introduced and put into action and since then we’ve had multiple games that have got r rating classification put on them
And they never even considered charging the makers of the games with murder...
I follow two australian streamers on twitch, one who plays GTA from time to time and the other one playing horror games. I haven't watched into the australian law but I think they wouldn't risk their lives / careers by playing banned games.
Do you know if there was a difference in law between buying those games was illegal / banned and owning those games was illegal?
Probably enough money to make with those kind of games, movies etc. but hey, lolis are real bad because they will turn everybody to predators. ;)
Yeah and GTA will turn everyone into carjackers and Friday The 13th will turn us all into serial killers. I guess even in Australia if one doesn't mind the R rating a dev can let players kill their digital victims in however creative and sadistic ways with as much gore as they want, as long as said victims are 18 at the time of their rape, torture, death, disembowelment, and dismemberment. :rolleyes: God, I actually hope humans lose the eventual AI war and it ends up running the planet under a single global gov't, at least laws will be logical and consistent then.
One of the GTA games was banned here for a bit quite a while back, but the introduction of an R rating for games here helped to reduce the number of banned games. The system used to max out at MA15+.
The big thing they despise is drug use, rather than sexual content and they appear entirely immune to violent content. Though violent sexual content is still RC so far as I know. But it's been a good while since we've had a game banned for anything less than that that I am aware of. I don't keep a top of it these days.
I remember hearing on the news years ago when the Original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie came out they had to edit it (because it was illegal to show certain martial arts weapons) in the UK and change it to something like Teenage Mutant Turtle Heroes because it was also illegal there to say "ninja" in a movie. I was like WTF? Not sure if that's still true. But you can get away with a LOT more cursing, sexual content, etc on regular TV there than in the US.
I don't know of anywhere where it's not 16, given how far away anything is and how lacking in public transportation outside major cities it is here.. 14 might be for learner's permit, where there has to be someone with a regular license along with (often must be 18 or 21+) Weird in this country how driving is 16, can be in the military or go to adult prison (also vote and adult as most things) at 18, but have to wait until 21 to legally drink. Used to be 18 in some states, but Ronald Dickhead Reagan signed something any state that didn't make it 21 wouldn't get highway funds, so all states changed it. Been 21 since 1995 but still think it's stupid.
Since this is the internet, I am contractually obliged to correct you, using a :
The age for restricted license is 14 years 6 months in South Dakota, 15 years in Idaho and Montana, and 15 years 6 months in South Carolina and New Mexico.
Usually restricted licenses are for drivers under 18 and restrictions might be hours of day and age of passangers. I.e. they would formally not allow the twin sister in the game to drive the car after the MC is hit in the head, since it happens late at night. Though I guess a cop might decide it's ok given circumstances
Then there's the hardship license, but those are for kids in hardship situations, for example where they have to drive to school since it's the only way to get there and no-one in the family are available at that time to drive, or if the parents can't drive due to medical issues and the child has to drive for them in all situations. Which is not appliable here either really.
Imho, the main decider of the age of the twins is the fact that the studious one is studying to be a lawyer (iirc?) and has some sort of intership or ride-along with the local cops. Which makes it decidedly improbable that she is younger than 16, and more probable that she goes to college. Which means 17 or 18 yearsold, unless maybe she goes to a weird private college and is a prodigy.
TBH I don't remember much it's been so long. The thing happened last August and however long before that the last update was...
Interesting, I never knew that it can be that young. In my country the minimum age is 17, so I always assumed that the Twins were younger than 18. I think they were 16 or 17 in my game, which I thought was a fitting age.
Well, Jessica was doing a college internship as a lawyer so i'd put her at 16-17, though depending on how high her grades were in high school, she could be a college graduate at 14 (Youngest to graduate college was 13 iirc) so i think 16 might be an alright age for the twins by the time Jessica would graduate and maybe 20-22 for Ashley to graduate since she has no plans for college in the game but managing a cafe that can't pay her much wouldn't be sustainable. I also think she could benefit from some business and accounting classes for being a cafe manager/owner
Sadly, because of Westy's situation, none of that will likely ever happen
