I am pretty sure that seath said he wasn't going to finish it so unless there are other people working on it, I don't see how it is not abandoned.

It is abandoned. There is really no point in thinking otherwise. And people who think that the game will get any Updates are delusional.
IMO this Thread should just be closed. Download-Links should still be around for people who want to play it, but there will not be anymore content ever.

Someone has already said they are going to continue it, but only after something that is going on is finished(don't ask what if you don't know, we are not supposed to talk about it and any mention will be deleted) to prevent further problems.
I thought this was already common knowledge and everyone knew not to talk about it.

I kinda hope that no AI is being able to finish this, not only "Picture" wise, but because.....story wise....just imagine an AI that IS cabable to continue this....

I kinda admit that i DONT WANT seath or his team to ever finish this game. They are just gonna ruin it, with a convulated story, Plot holes without an end, and META bullshit.
Please, just let it rest..... Proud Father was THE game that made me look for other websites with actual "uncensored" content....including The Guardian... one of the first games i've ever known in the 3D AVN universe.

To be fair, I think Proud Father done by Westy was already declining over the past Updates. I think the story could have been wrapped up already with a Harem and a lot of Pregnant Girls (and then obviously working on the Smol-Path).
I was fine with Ashley, the diehard Lesbian getting fucked by her Dad. It was weird and it was certainly possible to involve her with the girls in Threesomes and so forth, but I was fine with it. But I think making Zoe MCs daughter and Alex his sister was too silly. (Especially Alex was for me the character who could bring some early lewd scenes and nothing more, simply because this is just how incest-games work... The incest will take a while to make it realistic, so other characters to have some H-Scenes are great)
And I am pretty sure Westy would have found a way to make MC related to the side family as well.

There hasn't been any updates on this game since the dev got pwned and Seath allegedly took over so I don't see how this game isn't abandoned unless Seath provides an update on PF

Seath already said he wasn't going to do it. I don't know if he has said something different to the staff but as of right now the game is abandoned. Westy is probably in prison and like I said, seath said he wasn't going to finish this.

We already had that discussion. For some reason they don't want to put the abandoned tag and that is leading people to believe that the game will have an update at some point. Right now the best thing is just to assume the game is dead since the original dev is gone.

IMO the thread should have reappeared when there would be actually new content. I guess the majority of people where over the game being gone after the news spread, but reopening it with the premise that someone else will take over just got hopes up. And in the end, it just turned out bad for everyone involved, bad for the players since they had hope that it will continue and bad for Seath, since people now expected him to do it, even tho it is very clear why he wont do it (at least at this point).
