Pregnancy involving a human fetus is kind of nasty. I don't really mind a petite character's belly bulging from other things, like semen, slime, a parasite or some kind of "monster/demon" pregnancy (not those fucked up human+creature crossbreeds you sometimes see).

That's what is hot about it to me. Not just the MC laying an egg shit. The result of breeding is the key, Crossbreeding, making stronger characters etc, I guess I enjoy the results as much as anything.

Most of the time, pregnancy is the only thing that makes me want to try a game, as long as it is a mechanic and not epilogue.

I like pregnancy from start to finish bring that little bundle of joy into the game.
Sex at 3, 4, 5 months and every month after wards would be great. Sex from day 1 to birth.

After birth having a way to grow up the baby would be nice so they can enjoy the happiness of sex with papa.
