In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.

Imo the impregnation would be mandatory (not the pregnancy itself, but the risk of getting a girl pregnant must be here, i'm too feed-up with the forced pull out or the forced anal/oral "because the girl can't take it in the cunt" only to "avoid" to get her pregnant, (it's a game dev, either you disalow pregnancy risk totaly & don't talk about it or feed us with shitty 2 cent about condoms or contraceptive pills every time the mc have a sex scene or you let the risk being here & add some texts (not even game system or picture/animation) about the girl being at risk), after having either a pregnant system with big belly or a pregnant ending it's up to the dev according to his skill, as long both are done good.

Not all games/story are mean to have a actual pregnancy system or to even let you rise your childs or let you fuck them afterward (some game could but it would mean a 2nd game with time lapse, & yet there is very little game like that).

As for the girl's look, it would be the same as with every game... i personally hate disproportioned body scale, Milf with big boobs ? ok as long they are not the same size or bigger than the girl head, same as with the belly, not all pregnant women look like hot-air balloon (outside multiple childs pregnancy/hyperpregnancy).

Pregnancy is usually a turn off for me, but every now and again it winds up being some focus. However if in a story a character would be pregnant from me(mc) then its not necessarily a huge turn off.
