Pregnancy, like it or not?

In the topic of pregnancy. What is the stuff that you like about it and the stuff that you don't?

In terms of games, how would you go about implementing it? Would you like to only have it as a concept? Characters getting pregnant and have a skip until they give birth. Or would you want it to be visually represented and influencing the story/gameplay?

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.

It certainly adds some "realism" though I don't know of any game that has actual consequences. It's fun as fantasy.
Armageddon has a nice system to show on the girl's profile if she's pregnant.

Most of the games that have it, it's optional, and I use to choose the no-prego path.

As long as it's not some BS epilogue shit like nearly every game does. I think Corrupted Kingdoms and Summertime Saga are actually the only games I can think of that doesn't do it as an epilogue and every other game it's epilogue.

Yes pregnancy all the way. Most games only got it as option or epilog. I would like to have it as influence the story and goes along with it. I´m ok if there is some time skips between some grade of the pregnancy. Also lewd scene with them are superb.

As for the side question about the body type: I prefer petite to Loli-type put every other type is also ok for me.

I personally like it, but I think some games go a bit overboard with it. I tend to prefer games with a decent story, so I'd want it to be represented and not just time skipped since that isn't realistic, but I also don't need to see every day of the pregnancy if that makes sense. Build-wise I think it will vary from person to person, but I prefer petite/fit women in general so that's the type I like to see pregnant as well.

I was thinking of a game that includes pregnancy more often. Letting you breed girls and then add the offspring as future party members. And by having girls pregnant, they become less effective in other things such as combat or other works.

I love breeding and pregnancies, but actually it all depends on the story if the pregnancy is integrated into the story and does not occur as an epilogue then awesome.
Personally, I prefer how the game puts that realism that some girls don't want and others want to be pregnant.
Combined with incest even better, but unfortunately there aren't too many nicely done games that make sense other than that girls are sluts and that's all they want.

I go along with what a lot of others have said. Yes pregnancy in games is good as long as its an integral part of the story. Not just an epilogue or worse still where you are asked do you want to come inside with pregnancy risk or outside, but pregnancy is never mentioned again.

As for the type - anything goes, all pregnant ladies are beautiful.
