I always like it to be an option in games, although it depends on the genre. Good for lovey-dovey harem stuff, probably not terribly suited to hardcore corruption enslavement ones.

Also... what are your tastes in the looks of pregnant women? You like a petite with a big belly or prefer curvy milf with big breasts and bigger belly.

Not a fan, never understood why people are to be honest. Especially when I see pushback towards games including optional chubby girls, it's weird to me that pregnancy is a top fetish in a lot of polls I've seen.

I see no charm in just knocking someone up. If it's game relevant (e.g. skipping past to get a loli) then that's fine. Petite is always better IMO.

Tend to skip it if it's optional but don't mind if it's not. Not a very big fan of incest pregnancies though, I know too much about genetics for that to be entertaining.
