Other than Mist, which is my all-time favorite, my current most-immersive VN is Eternum. This is one of the most creative and original stories that I've ever come across. The sex scenes add very little to the story itself (even if they are fun).

The Sagara Family was surprisingly good. You'd think a story with the premise of "a guy moves in with a widowed friend of his father and her four daughters... oh, and nymphomania runs in the family" would be incredibly stupid, but the writing was way better it had any right to be. I found myself reading rather than jerking, and that's high praise indeed.

My favorite is "Single Again". Great story, but you need to be able to get past the MC being a bit of a wimp.
