Might wanna curb your excitement, there's actually not much new content added and likely never will be. It's mostly just the "scaffolding" for S2 to make sure variables from choices and saves carried over from S1 (and being an alpha even that is broken without completely replaying S1), but that's it. ~220 clicks and 1 new H scene with Prisha. Guessing this is what one of 13's other people just happened to have when he deleted everything and quit.

Nah, it's good reason for excitement.
Presumably it's an alpha that went out to high level subscribers, that we weren't expecting to ever see.
That's the way he rolled, the high level subscribers being his testers so to speak.
The L scene was great.

Probably cause is that you last played v0.6.
As it was planned by the developer back then, you had to fire up S1_1.0, then load the last save to get an auto-save for S02.

People had asked for this and his other games updates and I had been in contact with him and the other person that had been sent them before he deleted everything and stopped. So no we will not remove it as he said we could post them because others wanted them.

Yeah definitely don't work with android unless I gotta run a complete play through from scratch with season one

Dev deleted all files pertaining to this game. Even if he divorced his wife (and she didn't out him as a developer of loli games and destroy his life) he would have to recreate all of the assets he developed for it. Probably too much work when he could just start a new game.

No, DAZ assets include 3D meshes, textures, lighting, cameras, deformers and all sorts of stuff you can't get from just a pic, unfortunately.

Doesn't sound like a happy marriage to me though. More like a toxic one when your wife makes you completely quit your hobby. And if he can't even divorce her out of fear of being outed (why it pays to simply buy a gun and a C&C permit and not give a fuck what people think) and essentially low-key blackmailed into staying that'd suck hard. If I was in that situation I'm not sure what would happen first, kill her or myself (possibly both).

A couple of the characters appeared in The Daddy Plan (the daughter twins). Hopefully those assets are peserved.

I recall his saying at one point that his wife helped proof read it or something like that, so she was aware and as far as I recall, supportive. But It was a huge time commitment, and I could see that being a pain point with as happy as he seemed with his family. Or I could see extended friends or family not being as accepting as his wife was, prompting the move.

Calm down folks. Yes, it sucks that a great game is gone. But spitting vitriol at the devs marriage is going a bit far.

Whatever 13's reason are, respect them. Be glad we got what we did and enjoy what else is available. Shitting on a man's marriage is unlikely to encourage them to return. This is all for fun, and when people get snarky like that, the fun vanishes.

If anything, be glad this end was by choice (one that could be reversed) rather than by law.

Yeah the Oceanwide Plaza will get finished before this now will. Same level of disappointment to many, but at least this one only wasted a few thousand hours and dollars vs $1.1B. Moral of the story: don't even start if you can't finish it. Talk all the shit you want about companies like EA but very seldom do they abandon something they've already pubicly released or Early Accessed.
