In fact, when I play, I don't listen to sounds. Although at least some background music is better than deathly silence. If there are no sounds at all in the game, I turn on something of my own.

I definitely prefer if they do have some kind of sound, but I mute the music if it has any.

Big yes, it adds some lewdness that's welcome imo. But it should be done well, because if they don't really match with the scene...

I've never heard it done well enough to not be distracting. It always sounds like the wilhelm scream to me, the same slurps and plops each time. Which would be cool if it was a deliberate nod between games.
I imagine with a big enough budget it would be amazing to actually professionally voice and sound edit one of these games.

I think moaning is fine when it mixed right but I've already found voice lines in English to be awkward

I always play with sound off, the first time I start new games I open volume mixer while they're opening to mute them before they load their menu music because it's usually loud and annoying.

I also mute the music when a start a game mostly because I find it interferes with the game but sometimes, I end up liking the music or its a song I recognize and I wont want porn to be mentally attached to a song I might listen to on spotify.

sound can really elevate a game to the next level, if done correctly. I've played some games with around a 3 second loop for sound. Thats not worth boethering with and silence would be better, but if the sound takes a bit longer to loop, 30 seconds plus, it really can make a (good) difference.
