Lewd sounds in games? Yea or nay?

Yes if it's done well.

No if it's AI.

Not done well can just make the game feel awkward instead.

I play adult games turned down or silent most times. Don't want to be overhead.

Curious how others feel on this one.

At first I didn't care for it, but mostly because it was usually poorly done. More recent games are doing this better (AI tools, or just putting in the time to include it?), and I'm finding I now prefer it.

Went back and replayed a couple games without lewd sounds and really noticed the silence and found it a little offputting.
Nah, most games I played the sounds were more annoying than good

Fuck yeah. Give those Foley artists some extra work making tit slap sounds with out of a rubber band, Mentos, and an old shoe.

Don't really care since my sound is muted. (No speakers and/or just muted.)

Sound adds a sense of physicality to a scene, but it needs to be well integrated with what's going on screen at that moment.

yes, but do not use the same tape for different scenes or space them out enormously for less without taking into account

Games with no or poorly added sound feel kinda bland, personally i believe what sets a game out from its competitors is one which has good sound effects and obviously good art and story

I play on full mute, maybe sometimes making an exception, for instance, Snow Daze was enjoyable enough that I didn't mute it. Most of the time however, I find the sounds annoying. That being said, I mute real porn too so what do I know? I just hate the sounds, they gross me out.

Never on the opening credits. Give us a chance to lower the volume. For the most part I will mute them anyway, because they usually sound like generic sound clips that stay the same from scene to scene. That does become annoying.

Definitely! As long as its not done poorly.
