irl, I'm not a fan of fake tits, especially when they are done poorly and look like a softball under her skin.
Games, I don't mind when they are larger, but again not overdoing it to a point that the tits are as big as the woman.

Cartoonishly large breasts are more funny than hot. Obviously fake breasts (can easily tell it's mostly a stuffed implant) are more of a turn off than on.

I used to think there was, then I played Karryn's Prison.

Most artists just don't do a very good job with gigantic tits, sadly. They'll usually look either disproportionate, or grotesque.

Tits are more shape than size, and those unrealistic huge baloons have the wrong shape.
