No specific limit per se, but they have to still match the overall bodyshape, as for irl fake ones, they should not look like bolted on baloons and preferable not fake at all. Also there are additional aspects to consider, the form/shape, the curvature of the slope and the puffiness.

Ok, thats... kinda joking. Kinda. To be honest, even C cup is getting to me "meh" zone, but I would say the grossed out part comes just before each tit is the size of her head. Thats the point where its obviously gross. The real "no thanks" starts to ramp up quickly after the D/DD range. I can deal with D cups, but already lose most interest in her chest at that point. From there on, its negative interest. Don't even want to see it. Which is sad because 99% of the "small tits" porn or porn games I see are like D cups. My younger self would cry if it knew that later in life D cups would be considered small.

Also ANY size that has implants is a NOPE to me. Unless... there is a damned good reason. Breast cancer to even them back out... I can understand. They are small after having a kid? Deal with it.
