irl, I'm not a fan of fake tits, especially when they are done poorly and look like a softball under her skin.
Games, I don't mind when they are larger, but again not overdoing it to a point that the tits are as big as the woman.

Same size as the head is about the biggest I like to look at. Bigger can look good depending on the way they're drawn or modelled. The ideal size for me is as big as an apple.

Cartoonishly large breasts are more funny than hot. Obviously fake breasts (can easily tell it's mostly a stuffed implant) are more of a turn off than on.
