I don't really get this game, the choices you make doesn't affect anything significant. I guess I you like "old and young" then this is for you but right now I don't see the appeal

This is really correct. I don't think the "DILF" tag is precise enough. There needs to be an "elder male" tag or something similar. I really love seeing youthful women fuck old men and grandpa types or ugly bastards. Maybe we'll see the tags refined, but it's not easy to identify these types of games.
