Xenogears or Xenosaga. Both were incredible, yet unfinished. Xenogears lost its budget by disc 2 and Xenosaga was supposed to be 6 games when we only got 3.

Uncharted Waters 2: New Horizons. Might be top 5 rpgs for me. Mix of tactical sea combat, trading, exploring, rpg story lines, I loved it as a kid.
