WTF is a star projector? arent those use for kids?

Real answer, in pure darkness and covering my eyes in case any light dares to enter my pit of shadows

Definitely with the TV on. I kind of need the noise to start, plus It's when I can watch junk that I don't really need to pay attention to.

In darkness.

Phone face down. I don't even have a clock in my bedroom.

Darkness + Fan + Loop Sleep Earbuds

Poorly. But as dark as I can get it.

I leave a small night light on, from early November to early March I have to get up in the dark, there is a risk of tripping or not fitting in the doorway. In the summer I don't turn on the light, the night is short.

Legit cannot sleep unless there is an industrial fan blasting me with 50 mph winds at all times. Doesn’t matter how cold I am the fan must prevail

To think i always feel remorse for wasting energy when i fall asleep while watching stuff or before turning off the lights...while almost all adults in this forum deliberately waste energy...

On a Sleep Number Mattress... Yes, I quoted the commercial. Sue me. lol

Darkness with a fan, I'm super sensitive to light. Even with my curtains closed, the morning light wakes me. The fan, is because mild tinnitus.

I barely sleep tbh, my sleeping schedule is a disaster, but when I do sleep, I prefer to have some music on the background on low volume and the lights on (low settings)

The fan gives a good background noise, now imagine it's the middle of the night, it's raining outside, feeling a bit cold and you turn on your fan at the middle setting, got some cold water on the side just in case.. I call that life

Did anyone say this already?

WITH YOUR MOM!!
