Hand drawn, "3d", or ai games?

Hand drawn or 3d. Never "AI" graphics, unless the ai is used for very minor background stuff. AI has way too much fucked up things you notice if you really pay attention so they break the immersion.

Personally, I prefer hand-drawn art, but any of the three can be great—as long as there's real effort behind it, not just something slapped together on the first try

I can stand 3d and the barbie doll dead eyes, hand drawn takes too long to produce but is best....

But ai... ai needs to have the glossiness turned down on every render I have seen thus far.

And never, ever, ever under any circumstances Koishitsu. Cartoon looking porn is just weird.

I will always prefer handrawn over everything else, although I also really like 3d art where the characters are stylized (Honkai, ZZZ, etc.). 3d characters with realistic looking faces and proportions look ugly to me, and 90% of AI art I see always has something off about it.

I like both 3d and hand drawn, Ai assisted is fine as well. For pure Ai art though, as long as it's consistent and the deformities are kept to a minimum.

winterlook makes really good handdrawn games such as Shelter, Fate of Irnia.

I feel like hand drawn is objectively the best, although probably has the highest workload too so (arguably) the most likely to be abandoned. Could be interesting to see some stats on that.

AI is currently terrible imo.
