The only reason I’d fully read a game would be a dating sim, since you need to remember all the information to play.

I will check out a game and skip to see if it is worthwhile, and if I like it, I will wait until it is completed and go through it more thoroughly.

the story is important but sometimes some beginning of vn of 1 hour on the story without scene can sometimes be long

If it gets too dull to read, then I usually skip that part.

I wouldn't say I'm a full reader except for Japanese eroge visual novel.

I’m definitely a concentrated reader. For me, the story is what hooks me the most. Skipping the context usually makes the exciting parts feel hollow or confusing, so I try to soak up as much as I can. That said, if I’m just looking to unwind, I might skim a bit—but I always come back to get the full picture. Story immersion makes the experience way richer in my opinion. How about you?

Totally agree! I'm a total sucker for getting lost in a good story. Skipping context can be tempting, but it's like missing the setup to a killer punchline - it just doesn't hit the same. I'm all about soaking up every detail to get the full experience. When I'm reading to unwind, I might take a more relaxed approach, but I always circle back to savor the juicy bits. 😉 😛🤪😜

The story has to be at least interesting and not bland
And just to add in, the visuals too
When I see AI sometimes it turns me off

I read everything unless the story is terrible then I skip unless the renders are equally terrible then I move on

As long as the story grabs my attention im in for most

When the story seems good I read because understanding the story and characters add a lot more value to the erotic scenes

Full reader. Porn with plot is king. Also without following the story I just can't get into it enough.

I usually read all the dialogue but if there are e.g. books or newspapers in the game that don't add anything to the story I skip it.

Man I wish I kept the attention span to often be a full reader, I generally enjoy things better when I do. However quite often my eyes glaze over and I'll try to skip. Quite problematic with my likness for a good story to go with the depravity

If it's interesting I read, sometimes skip if the plot gets too weird or makes no sense.

I wish most writers would just before delete 50% of the text, it's like the write text for text, not to give the information or create the atmosphere...

personally I must be into the story to enjoy the scenes

Full reader for games I’m genuinely interested in or playing for the first time.

Skipper for games where I’m curious about the sex scenes but can live without them.
