Right nkw you have both versions in the op. You have the episode 1 remake and the old version that won't be worked on anymore.

Besides the devs that just deleted all their stuff and disappeared, ric0h was probably the one that freaked out the most. At some point he even changed the name of the game. But yea in his case he was legitimately concerned that he could go to jail because of the content of his game. Now that he actually knows what he can and can't have in game, he just had to remove content with one of the girls, but she was behind a paywall anyway and was just a side character. The legality of the content here doesn't seem to be the reason for the changes. Like I said in other comments the girls, especially lily and angel still look super young. He probably just wanted them to look a little older in hopes that he can get his game on cuck95. I don't see any other reason for him to destroy all of his progress and piss off the fans.

With all the content for the dance instructor, instead of MC, it seems more than likely they wanted to create a cuck game, anyway. So of course they'd remake everything in favor of the NTR masses over at 95. Compounded even more with an added scene to the first episode; thanks to Tiur for pointing that out in the comparison post.
This isn't the first time this dev has pulled a bait-and-switch, either. They "postponed" another project, that had gotten them most of their fan base, before this one.

I personally don't have an issue if a game has ntr as long as it's avoidable. The issue for me sometimes is that devs say that content is avoidable in order to try to attract the vanilla fans but then the game focus really heavily on the ntr part. As of right now it really feels that is the case with this game. We don't really get any decent content between the mc and the main girls since the start of the game and now all the progress has been erased and the vanilla players are the ones getting fucked again.

To be fair the game always had NTR. Now it just feels worse because the dev decided to remake the whole game and all the progress was lost.

Did you download the Ep1 Remake? That's a remake, not an update. So... There's no "new" content.
And if you didn't download that one, then you just got the older non-reworked version.

Well...that is not entirely true there is a new sex scene between the mc's friend and his wife that wasn't in the original.

Eh, don't think it's that big a deal, from what I saw the younger daughter is just given a more pronounced bust so she doesn't look like she's pre-pubescent, but even then with her overall look I still wouldn't say she's older than 13, and the older daughter still only looks 14, maybe 15. I suppose if you prefer them flat chested that would be a problem, but otherwise I don't think there is much to get upset about, other than it slows down development even further to go back and redo everything... but if the dev is worried about getting arrested, well, can't really blame them for wanting to adjust the character's apparent age upwards a bit (the other option is to abandon the project entirely and delete all their work on it, which appears to have happened with Daddy's Hard Time).

As a note, if he wants them to look older, at least some pubic hair is a good idea.

I don't think they live in Cuckstralia or anywhere stupid like that... they just took advantage of the furor to redo the game so they could market it in more mainstream sources. The bitchest of bitch moves. IMHO. I'm not even a loli fan (nothing against it, just don't pick games cuz of loli tag, mostly care about incest and there's an overlap there) but I hate people changing things up based on purely marketing gimmicks or whatever.

That was all I found also. A few dialog changes I think.

I thought and was prepared to hate the changes, but to be honest, other than D2 having a larger chest, there is little visible changes to my experience of enjoyment when playing this game. On SS and the games discord, the side by side comparisons were posted, and that view did not inspire me, or give me hope. I did want to give the dev a chance also, so I played the new release. I liked it. Now to also be open, I played many different options than my initial play. (No male teacher this play). I should add a play including that path and see how I like it.

Thing is regardless if they change it, they still made the original content, meaning they already broke the law. So they still can get arrested regardless if they change it now... That goes for all the other Devs worried about getting arrested also...
