As weird as it may sound, I think the fact that he barely changed their designs makes it worse because if he was worried about being arrested, these changes don't really help much so it just ends up feeling like he erased all the progress for nothing.

It's takes like 20 minutes to find out if they live in the retarded country list (it's mostly UK/Australia/Canada/most of the EU, many other countires like China, North Korea, Singapore, most Islamic countries, etc where free speech is not a thing and all porn regardless of genre is banned, the rest of the world is fine). It's not like the legal landscape was different before Westy was busted and suddenly different after. Those laws have been on the books since 1995, and people before Westy have gotten jailed for drawing Bart/Lisa Simpson fucking (actual Australia case from 2007-2008), yet no one was worried then or even noticed. A few people take a gamble (or choose to simply not do their legal homework before diving into questionable things at best in places where all entertainemnt is heavily censored or banned like in Aus) and lose, but most get away with it and have always done so before Westy put a spotlight on it. And when I say most it's probably like 90%+ when even in the US barely half of even murder cases end up solved, a huge chunk of the rest literally get away with murder and don't even get an arrest (and in bigger cities like Chicago, LA, NYC, etc it drops to 30% solved rate). But as far as Westy's case will go in a psychopath country like Aus he might as well have developed it in China. Sure, he probably won't get executed with his organs harvested after at least but he will probably be made an example of and get the whole 15 years he's facing, and maybe let out on parole in 5-10 on good behavior given the courts will probably treat him no different than if they rescued all the Proud Father characters from his basement, based on the insane rulings of similar court cases there.

If you're really bored and don't have anything else to play then sure. But the story will be basically the same the girls will just look older in the remake. So if you don't mind the spoilers then yea play it.
Get a PC. Even a 10yo used potato that's not even equivalent to a modern smart toaster will play prerendered AVNs (though 30 fps 4k animations might be slower than 30 fps). Bar that you are just out of luck, I'm surprised Joiplay works at all, let alone as well as it does with most AVNs. Squeezing something meant for a PC onto a phone is far harder than the reverse with Bluestacks.
As an NTR hater/loli lover I'd say no, it's just a tease/blueball simulator for the most part, especially if you were looking forward to fucking your loli daughters. And while the story supposedly doesn't change for the most part these days I honestly don't care much about or have time for vanilla stories with vanilla characters (though at one point during Covid shutdowns when free time was abundant I was keeping up with updates to 200+ of them), and even if I did there are better ones imho.
