Yeah, as sad as it is, I'm kind of curious if he manages more then 2 or 3 Updates with the changes. Especially as I would call the smol ones ntr plotline the most (more) interesting one, and this comes from someone usually hating ntr.

Yeah no one disagrees with that, it's really dumb to start a game with this type of content without checking the laws in your country first. But I don't see what people are trying to accomplish by crying about the changes. No one is happy with this, the dev himself said that he knows he will most likely lose a lot of support. If he is still willing to change the game knowing that he will make less money, you won't change his mind by crying about it on a forum for pirated porn games.

I didn't read his comment that way. He only stated that the devs decision to age up the characters killed all his interest in his game. (Also true no doubt for many others that were following the game.) No crying, just a statement.

He should just abandon this game at this point (this game doesn’t have much left going for it without the lolis imo) and start working again on Esteria.
Esteria has lolis too, so unfortunately it aswell will be affected by the changes the dev has decided to make but it won’t as jarring as in Family Faring.
This is just my opinion of course.

Nah I don't think he should abandon it, I still think this game can be good. But he needs to rewrite a lot of the content with the lolis. If he just makes them look older and has them acting the same way they will just look retarded.

For me the new designs didn't look bad and the dev can easily fix some of the imperfections with the new models. I am more worried about how they will be written. For me that is what may actually kill the game. Lily in the new design looks like she is at the very least 14. The whole story with mateo will look fucking retarded if she acts like she doesn't know what sex is. It actually will make her look just like a slut because she is just letting some random dude that she barely knows, touch her and eventually escalate into more sexual things. I asked on their discord yesterday what are their plans but they haven't reponded yet.

Edit: Also you can't tell players for over a year now, that you can't add content with the mc and the main girls because storywise it wouldn't make sense, and then just change their designs, keep the story and the way the girls act, the exact same way and pretend that it makes perfect sense.

Yeah, we will see how it goes. To me the Game is as good as Dead. I was mainly in for Lilly's Plotline with Matteo and Wanted to see how this would play out in the End. And this plotline is most likely Dead with the changes. Still wish the Dev the best though.

She is just a very trusting person so the events will probably remain the same, with just some dialogue changes. I feel like the scenes will just feel very weird and will make her look really dumb but it's not my game and I don't make the decisions.

I agree with Dev that Innocence isn't necessarily tied to Age, but Lilly isn't just innocent in the Game, she's almost Ignorant when it comes to Sex and Sexuality. For the vanilla path I don't think the changes will be that bad, since there is almost no progression with the girls right now. But yeah if you're on the ntr path it seems like he will not really put much effort into making things make sense.

I understand the dev's decision. I do think it's timid. Making the smallest girl now 160cm??? That's taller than my mom and my girlfriend. 150 would gave been plenty. Shoulder height vis a vis MC. There is a status known as "too safe". XD

I've wasted probably $5k over the past 5 years by getting the rug pulled from under me and getting Charlie Browned with the football, I've had enough.

I'm honestly curious, how do you spend about 1k a year on this? Do you go all in on a few projects or support a bunch of small ones?

To be fair it's not like the dev decided to change the game out of nowhere and without any real reason. But yeah there seems to be a trend where devs after a 1 or 2 years decide to throw all the story progression into the trash and restart their games.
