discussion Do you play for story or for porn?

I start the game always for porn. If i like the story, then i play reading all dialogues, otherwise i skip almost all them

Definitely porn. If I want a story, I’ll play another genre. But honestly, a good story is a nice bonus.

The good porn is addition to the story. Good porn without a story is still a good porn cause you can made story just inside your head... but good porn and story is what makes you so exited about watching a good porn with context. It does not matter if it's true or not. Nobody cares of that thing. Good story is a good story. Good porn is a good porn. Good porn with a story is making things 2x more better. Cause it supplement each other.

It depends. Like one of my favorites is a game call Hillside. It has a good story and soild on the sex and nude scenes.

Sometimes there too much story. Some dialogues can be 10 min long.
But sometimes story is so interesting that you forget about jerking)

I play for the story primarily. I like my spicy little fantasy books that dont take much thought outta me. Not to say the porn isn't what brought me to vns cause it definitely was, but the story's what has kept my attention over the years.

A game has to grab me through its characters and story, porn for me is a plus.
So many games that I ended up losing interest because it felt like it was spinning its wheels storywise even if it was filled with sex and porn.

After doing my thing..... Usually my "desire" to play goes away completely...
That's why I don't do my thing... I let it build up and usually "Do My Thing" later or end of day or something.. let it build up... makes it better.

But I do play for the story as much as the porn... Mostly I enjoy games that are actual games.. not just a VN...

It's always story first for me. If I just want porn there are plenty of places to go for that, but being able to actively engage in the story makes the porn that much better. Mind you, there are some games where you can just say "who cares about the story, this porn is fantastic" but for the most part, if the story sucks I'm not sticking around long enough to see the porn.
