Do you like AI art

AI art is amazing but it feels rather inconsistent for story telling and original characters.

I literally don't care if I am looking at Ai or not. if its good its good, if its bad its bad. Pros and cons to each camp.

I'm not realyl a fan of AI Art, it just looks really unnatural and off-putting.

I love it a lot, now I can release my personal enslaved artists from my wet basement!

Some of it I find really boring cause it looks so similar to everything else, but I find the occasional one that is actually really well made

I think it's worth creating a thread for publishing bad AI art.

Only if it's really well done (finger count is OK, not too chubby, genitals not overly big, realistic skin, natural posture, a.s.o.) otherwise ... meh.

Not very good, to put it mildly. And I wouldn't apply the word Art to these images. Photography can be art, but an image generated by neural networks, forgive me, no, it is not art.

I think it’s art if you’re trying to incorporate different tools in the making. Different LORAs, checkpoints, prompts engineering, upscaling, in painting, those are just a few tools you use to produce the desire images. Pretty dang hard and complicated if you ask me. So imo if a person have to think and tinker the AI engine to make the art they desire, not just any random, then it’s art. Of course I might be bias…

This is an engineering task (I state this as an engineer - designer), not a creative one.

Come on guys, it's just a tool. Like a pencil or a paintbrush. AI generated images can be real art or can be mass produced cheesy pron. As well as anything else.

I think ai should be used to help enhance someones work not do the work for them.

As with any type of art... It's the final piece that matters, not which tools were used to create it.
I like good "AI" art, and dislike bad "AI" art. Just as I don't have a blanket like/dislike for art created with photography, or pen/pencil, or painting, or Photoshop (though it has "AI" built into it too)

It can be great but I still like 2D and 3D better in some ways, but AI have a place and deserves its own Genre and respect. I can take or leave it, but some is amazing.

AI arts where machines learn to create, generate, and manipulate visual content, pushing the boundaries of "art" and "creativity"

AI can look brilliant if you know what you are doing. Extra limbs, hands, fingers and toes etc can be fixed if you have any skills using Photoshop, GIMP etc.
I think a lot of my AI stuff had the plug pulled on it because it was too realistic. Look forward to the time when it becomes possible to create animated scenes. I'll probably try and make a film!! :D
