Depends on the playthrough I am going for, if the game gives the choice. When I play as a dominant character, I try to get all the girls pregnant. Otherwise I try to play in a way that my character does not get any action at all. I generally don't go for a middle road.

Every single time, since doing it IRL is obviously not an option and that's one of my biggest kinks I actively look for games with breeding mechanics, not milfs though unless the character is extremely cute, but in terms of preference is always 0-30 (I know in terms of logic 0 and so shouldn't be an option but you never know)

Even if it causes a Game Over. Male MC, Female MC, every NPC I can get to - if a character in a game is impregnable, by the time I am done they are very much pregnable.

It's part of why I ended up leaving behind CoC, TiTS, CoC2, and Lilith's Throne and the like: I spent more time focusing on making babies than I did on the entire rest of the plot, and eventually even I got bored and moved on.

Never pull out, but the sad part is that the pregnancy almost never really goes anywhere. I can only think of three games where it actually went somewhere - The Guardian, Rance and Simple Days.
