I don't get the appeal of prego-bods. They look gross imo, and if anybody has ever been near a pregnant woman for an extended period of time you'd know its pretty gross lol. If there is an option to finish inside them without getting them pregnant then I am always choosing that.

It depends on the game and situation. I used to never want to do it, but my taste has changed. I always say "no" if it's a first time with the NPC. I get annoyed by games like Shattered Minds (which as a whole, I do like) where they get pregnant, have the child, and then nothing is ever said again unless you knock the NPC up again.

I always make them pregnant as it feels like they are solely mine. It also tells me that I completed all a character's content as pregnancy usually means there is no more content.
