Sadly it's difficult to consider a story so long that newborn grow to be adults, it would be a mess to factor in all the aging of the characters. Maybe some management games will revolutionize the genre but in games it's basically impossible to do better than Summertime saga, Shattered Minds or Love,sex, second base.
95% of the time pregnancy is just the final scene or few lines except for pregnant sex.
