Never pull out, but the sad part is that the pregnancy almost never really goes anywhere. I can only think of three games where it actually went somewhere - The Guardian, Rance and Simple Days.

Not sure if i'm allowed to link to this site, but Rance is on fuck95, "Rance Series [Ch. 1-2 Remastered, Ch. 1-7 + Kichikuou] [AliceSoft]", the ones I recommend are 01 remake, sengoku rance and 7-9 (10 is not translated yet). Those are the most recent. I haven't played the others but I've heard 02 remake and Kichikuou are great too. There's a few spinoffs too that I enjoyed. I'm sure the older games are good in story too but the gameplay might be outdated. 03 is getting it's remake translated along with Rance X. Rance X is actually already fully translated, just needs to be injected or edited I guess. 03 is pretty close to being completed in editing and translating. Rance X will take a long time since it's probably the largest script in any VN. Atleast that's what I've read. They're at 5% editing right now.
