I've thoroughly enjoyed games that have the option
I feel like it's a lot to ask for games to have all the variable options for it, but personally I would love a game that not only has pregnancy but handles the entire thing.
From creampie, to pregnancy test, to the beautiful bulge, to birth to the Next pregnancy.
The problem is, games that go the whole distance so far either aren't around or accelerate the process because they don't want big time skips I guess?

I dunno, it's like 90% of what's kept me reading Grandma's House. The models are ok, the story is out there, but the fact that the MC seems to actually be going through the pregnancy process with several of the characters is a delight.

I actually got saddened by Milfy where the sister tells you the test came back negative.
Every time the option is presented, I go for it.
