It's a game. I do everything in it. Isn't that what games are for? First play through, avoid the babies. Second playthrough, plaster the womb.

In STS, you could just keep racking up babies you'd never see again and then the women would go back to normal as if nothing had happened. It was funny to see the number go up.

I like to take a realistic approach. If the MC is young and barely able to look after himself, then knocking up characters left, right and centre isn't going to happen. If they're an older character with their shit together I'd only consider it if there was some romantic attachment to the LI

Same here. I constantly save the games during certain optional scenarios that changes the future gameplay so I can go back to that checkpoint and pick the other scenario. Also depends on the feeling towards the character(s) in the game as well.

Every time it is an option! I may go back and reload a save in order to see a different outcome, but generally speaking - give it to them!

Only if the game implements it in a way that works, like showing the progression. Don't like when it magically spawns a pregnancy bump out of nowhere.
