I guess it depends the type of game and how it fits, there were times when I took that option and times when I didn't. But I don't mind it being in games either way.

I like it more if it meaningfully plays into the story, and even then I still lean a bit more towards no. I dislike it if pregnancy is added as a mechanic or something for the sake of having it.

It's too bad that I'm usually having a heard time finding games where pregnancy is actually big part of the game rather than just a small part of the endings.
